RETURN POLICY At Ro Co, we guarantee the high standard of all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with our conditions laid out below.



In the interest of quality, we can only accept items for return that are in their original sell-able condition. If you return any items bearing any signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost.

Please note: all returns must be authorised by Ro Co.

Please request authorisation to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at stating your order number your return relates to, whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another size / colour, or whether the product is faulty.

You will receive a response within one business day.

If your order is authorised for return, you will receive a return authorisation email. Place the item(s) in the original delivery packaging, or any other solid carton box. Please pack adequately with protective material to avoid breakage of fragile items during transit.

If you are posting an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable posting service or purchasing delivery insurance.

Please make note of your tracking number. Ro Co cannot be held responsible for return packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

We kindly ask that you allow 2 days for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card.

Once we receive your returned merchandise and confirm that its condition is acceptable (e.g. unaltered, with original tags, packaging, etc.), then we will credit your refund to the purchaser's original credit card as appropriate. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Please note original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Ro Co does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailer other than We are happy to answer any questions related to Ro Co products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside of

All returns must be authorized by Ro Co. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Please follow our returns instructions here.

Please request Return Authorisation within 14 days from receipt of your order. Your return shipment must be post-marked within 7 days from your return authorisation. We reserve the right to reject all returns outside of the 14 day return period. If we do accept a late return, we will only issue a store credit, not a refund.

Ro Co cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All return delivery must be pre-paid. We cannot accept CODs. All returns must be shipped to Ro Co’s delivery address. Ro Co does not accept in-person returns.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with conditions above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products there will be slight variations from what you see on the screen to what you receive. While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for defects, but occasionally a defect may pass unnoticed. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
